I am still practicing “staying at home” however I am available to help clients any way I can to make their stay/move here as easy and stress free as possible. I will always wear a mask and I would expect the same of my clients. For deliveries I will leave items on porches or where ever things need protection from the weather if you are not home. Vacation Renters Pre Arrival/
Meet And Greet Packages:

Package 1 - $200

(Plus cost of supplies and deposits. A deposit is required for purchases over $100.)

Pre Arrival Consultation & Meet Upon Arrival

This requires shopping for supplies, a trip to the rental to check location, stock and fulfill other requests and lights/heat on. Preparation for special occasion events and taking care of the following:

  • Being available as an island contact to make a stress free trip and arrival to the island.
  • Stocking rental with food and other requested supplies.
  • Putting in special event supplies/decorations.
  • Making restaurant reservations.
  • Booking classes, rentals, tours or cruises.
  • Supplying any information for activities.
  • Sending maps and other tourist information.
  • Prearranged meeting at Welcome Center upon arrival 24/7.
  • Guiding to rental.
  • Complimentary fresh baked blueberry pie.

Package 2 - $115

Prearranged Upon Arrival Meet & Greet

This requires a trip to the rental before arrival to be sure of location. Lights/heat on. Stocking supplies. Making reservations at selected restaurant.

  • Prearranged meeting at Welcome Center upon arrival 24/7.
  • Being available as an island contact to make a stress free trip and arrival to the island.
  • Advise and suggest things to do and see during your visit.
  • Shopping for requested food & supplies.
  • Make restaurant reservations.
  • Guide to rental 24/7.

Package 3 - $50

Prearranged Upon Arrival Meet & Greet

This requires a trip to the rental before arrival to be sure of location. Lights/heat on.

  • Prearranged meeting at Welcome Center upon arrival 24/7.
  • Being available as an island contact to make a stress free trip and arrival to the island.
  • Supplying with tourist information & suggestions.
  • Guide to rental 24/7.

A La Cart Services:

$35 per hour

  • Personal assistant.
  • Personal shopper (holidays, birthdays, etc).
  • Guided tours of the island.
  • Packaging and shipping.
  • Accept and deliver packages sent ahead of arrival.
  • Wash & fold laundry service.
  • Cooking & delivery of food.
  • Organizing home or office.
  • Picking up mail.
  • Watering plants.
  • Returning library books.
  • Post hospital short term home health care/recovery.
  • Research for the book you’re writing.
  • Research & information services. We pride ourselves in finding any information you might want or need about Deer Isle. If we don’t know, we’ll find out. We are great detectives!

Pet Care Services

Pet Care in MY home:

  • Cats with no special care needed: $25/day
  • Cats with grooming/medications: $35/day
  • Dogs with no special care needed: $40/day
  • Dogs with grooming and other special needs (other than walking): $50/day

Pet Care in YOUR home:

Business Consultation - $50 per hour
