Ginger Lester graduated with a BA in Business, majoring in Retail Marketing and Public Relations. Having always had a passion for medicine, she trained as a Medical/Surgical Assistant. For the next 20 years she worked in hospitals, office practices, was a home health care provider and an EMT. In 1987 Ginger and her then husband, photographer Terrell Lester, moved to Maine where they opened, and using her business education she ran a successful photography gallery for 25 years. When she closed the gallery in 2013, Ginger decided she would like to start a business focused on helping people by reducing the stress and worries in their lives.
